Cramerton is a small town in Gaston County, North Carolina, United States. It is a suburb of Charlotte and Gastonia. Two topographic high points, Berry Mountain, elevation , and Cramer Mountain, approximate elevation , are located in the southwestern part of town. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of , of which is land and , or 7.51%, is water.〔 Cramerton is bisected by the South Fork Catawba River, which makes a sharp S-curve around the center of town. Just southwest of downtown, Duharts Creek flows into the South Fork Catawba. Duharts Creek is formed by the confluence of Armstrong Branch and New Hope Branch on the western edge of town.〔(Cramerton Watershed ), Gaston County government website.〕
